New US trade deals: EU increasingly sidelined in negotiations – Stainless Espresso

23 July 2025 – US President Donald Trump signed three new trade deals yesterday (Tuesday) with Japan, Indonesia and the Philippines. At the same time, the EU is becoming increasingly marginalised in the negotiations and is resorting to polemical phrases, particularly from France.
