11 April 2023 – Sentiment in the auto industry in Germany improved significantly in March. Indonesia is desperately trying to get a foothold in the US industry, but is struggling not only with too much Chinese influence and a lack of environmental standards. Demand for stainless steel scrap in Asia remains stronger than for nickel pig iron. EU stainless steel producers are also likely to feel the price pressure on scrap. Source
